This is my website for all my Creation, Intuition, and Inspiration.
This week in studio, my group was able to finish and complete our toy project. Thanks to Ms. Rivera and her help, we were able to complete it on time for the due date. We also did a launch this week where we talk about our strengths. I said that our my strength is time management and that my improvement for Quarter 4 is to work on my craftsmanship and skills

This week in Studio, my group was able to make much improvement on our toy. We are almost done with the bear and will finish the whole project by next week for the deadline in two weeks. Much thanks to Ms. Rivera for all her help this week. This week I was also able to take my picture that I will use for an upcoming assignment, the photo overlay, that will be part of my final project for the end of the year.
This week in studio we were able to make big progress on our teddy bear. With most of the body parts sewn, all we need is to combine all the pieces and incorporate the technology part. This week during break we will finish our commercial. I will soon start on the final project. I am working by myself and I plan to create an app that helps people of all ages from 7 and up to keep track of the food they eat, know what dangers may come, and also know what healthy foods have to offer when they eat them.
This week in studio, we were able to complete and our cut outs of our teddy bear. Next week we will be able to finish our bear and toy and finish the project on time.
This week in studio, my group was able to finish our storyboard and begin making our commercial. We plan on doing voice overs and making it with cartoon characters. This will allow ours to be slightly different and add some uniqueness. This week, I was also able to begin working on my plans for my final project. I will plan on making an app and hopefully everything will fall through with it.
This week in studio, my group was able to complete our design plan and begin on our commercial skit. Special thanks to my other group mates for staying focused and getting all their work done, especially this week.
This week in studio, my group were able to do our pitch to the class and create our first prototype. There is much to come up for this project and hopefully next week we can all work as a stronger group and do much better at getting great work completed.
This week in studio we were able to meet our new group mates for our upcoming project. Through this week, I have been able to learn more about them and create several things in class. I learned this week about my group is that Ominesh is a raider fan, Octavio has his own youtube channel, and Lorenzo loves playing soccer.
1. What is your favorite part about working in the Learning Studio?
My favorite part in working in Learning Studio is that I am allowed to show and express my ceativity. I love classes that allow me to express m thoughts and untuition and this is the perfect class that allows me to do this. 2. What have you learned about yourself through participating in the Learning Studio? I have learned that I should have a positive mindset to things. Instead of thinking about how bad the project may turn out, it has allowed me to learn to think of positive things and instead think like how well projects will turn out for me. 3. How does your teacher help you be a better maker or designer? What kind of experience does he or she create in the Learning Studio? My teacher helps me by giving me advice. Instead of doing it for me, she offers help and gives me ideas to use for my projects that allow for my own creative thinking. 4. What do you think are the most important values or character traits a maker or designer should have? I believe that having a positive mindset is the best character trait for a maker. If someone has a positive mindset, their projects and their creativity they express will always come out better than they expected 5. Imagine there is a new student in your class who has never been exposed to a making environment. What advice would you give them to be successful in the Learning Studio? I would tell them to always take risks and be positive. If they take risks, they will always learn from them and be better maker and be more creative with things. 6. Has your experience in the Learning Studio impacted your goals for the future? If so, how? My experience in studio has affected my goals of my future. It has because it has shown me to be positive with my ideas and to always learn from my mistakes. 7. Have you made or designed anything for another person? What was it? What did you learn about that person through designing something for them? I have designed an item for another person before. I learned that everybody has different things that they love and that each person is individual in what they love, respect, and care for. 8. Has making and designing changed the way you think about the world around you? If so, how? Making has changed the world around me. I feel that I view the world on a more positve note and that we have to see how we can build and fix things in the world. 9. Do you find yourself using the skills you use in the Learning Studio in other classes or in other parts of your life? If so, how are you using making and design skills outside of the Learning Studio? I have used skills from making in other classes. Being positive and being more creative has affected my other classes by always trying to be better than what I was and always trying to do more. 10. What have you made that you are most proud of? What about the project makes you proud? I am most proud of my arcade game. My group and I worked super hard and did a fantastic job, but had much fun through the process. 11. Is making important to you? If so, why Making is very important to me. I feel that making things allows you to release your creativity and be able to do what you feel is right when you are being creative. I feel that I got great feedback for my Design Plan and I know what I can improve on and what I did well on. My box is suppose to be a mini crate because it will help me keep small things organized that way I can keep simple things like chargers and keys in place.
